I like to put a picture with my post but it may be some time before you see a picture again because I lost our camera at the mall...so on top of recking the car Monday, leaving Ron's PS2 game at the Mall while on our date Friday, loosing our camera at a different mall on Saturday, and leaving the diaper bag at church today, I feel very scatter-brained....and no, I am not pregnant...perhaps just sleep deprived and a little distracted with life. I usually keep everything in our stroller but since I can't get into the trunk of our spare car because of a bad lock (van is in shop for awhile) to get the stroller out, I am without a stroller and loads of kids' stuff to carry around (I will spare you other details). But I did want to update you on our current job/future info, since some of you are wondering. If you are not, then you don't have to keep reading :)
Ron has interviewed at Pittsburgh University in PA and Georgia State in Atlanta. He feels both interviews went well and we should know soon about Georgia. Within the next few weeks he will visit Indiana University and Queens in Canada (eh). So that is exciting! It is an exciting time right now and I am looking forward to being settled. It is a good year for us to buy a house! I will keep you updated when we get a job!
I was feeling bad about myself after I lost the camera last night...when you know life is really good but you just feel icky and tired? While we were at the Toy store and I was frantically looking under coats for the camera, a little boy who you could tell had cancer came by us and I didn't even pay much attention to him I was so frantic. It was later that Ron told me about him and said what a special boy he seemed to be and that he had talked to this boy's mom. That is what matters in life...to stop worrying so much about the things that don't matter in the long run. I feel grateful for my life... so many suffer much more than I that at times seem unfair. But I know we all have a plan and that it will all work out in the end.

Reading a blog with no pics is like reading a book with no illustrations. Invest in a new camera please! j/k Ron loves that PS2 game so much you take it to the mall too? Sheesh! A job just opened up in Omaha I hear. You should look into that.
I'm so sorry about the streak of bad luck - I can sympathize - it can be so frustrating! When I get time I will send pics of Saturday - not much but it's a little thing I can do.

I know the feeling of being a scatter brain. I think it comes with mom territory. Good luck on interviews. I'm excited to see where life takes you!
So which job do you want Ron to get Rachelle? Is there a place you would prefer to live? Right now I just want Dave to get a job so I can't be too picky!

Thanks for your awesome perspective during a frantic time. Helps me feel normal. And then I see things in a clearer, more eternal way.
Sorry about your lost camera & other bad luck. But, just think we'll have together with other family members in Disneyland in less than 2 weeks. Love ya.
